Because we take a lot of time to love and socialize our puppies, and have many interested in the few puppies we do decide to sell, we must have a stringent policy on the deposits and our first come, first serve basis. We very respectfully ask for your cooperation and hope you understand!

If, for some unforeseen reason, we are unable to produce the puppy you have paid a deposit for, a full refund will be issued you, unless you would rather we substitute another puppy of desired color/gender at your request. All other deposits are nonrefundable, since we have likely lost other interested parties reserving your puppy while holding your deposit. While we would never want you to take a puppy you have decided you would rather not raise, we cannot accept your change of heart as a valid reason for refund. The best policy is to be absolutely sure that you want this particular puppy before you send your deposit!

The same methods of payment for any balance owed are accepted as those for deposits. Please understand that all payments must clear before your puppy can be released, unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon well ahead of time. All delivery and crate fees must be paid ahead of time, and should be figured into your balance.
